JACK are thrilled to be supporting the 94 BA Graphic Design students from Central Saint Martins who have made it their mission to bring meaning to the marketplace by turning the world of commerce on it’s head. How?

Through their £1,000,000 pop-up shop, the first social media fuelled price drop pop-up shop.  Every time the Worth website is shared via social media, the price of the 940 products goes down.

The products on sale are all based on a theme of responsibility and are manufactured by the students. With students from all over the world, there is variety of work, values and stories behind the products. The proceeds of the shop go towards the students’ final year degree show.

We love the concept and the way in which it forces us all to re-examine the true value of an object – does the design process, ideation and materials add value alone or should we also consider the beauty, style and aesthetics to assess it’s true worth?
